We respond to most messages within 1–2 business days. Bug reports with a reproducible example get triaged first.

Reporting a bug

Helpful information to include:

• The exact input you used (paste it as-is)
• What you expected to see vs. what actually happened
• Browser and version (Chrome 120, Safari 17, etc.)
• Desktop or mobile, and screen size if relevant

Feature requests

We’re happy to consider new features but the bar is high — we want the tool to stay fast and focused. Things we’re likely to build: support for more character sets, better integration with other tools, edge cases in URL encoding. Things we’re unlikely to build: account features, premium tiers, server-side processing.

Partnerships and licensing

If you want to embed our tool in your own product, build on our codebase, or partner on a related project, get in touch and we’ll work something out.
